Havasu News-Herald, Lake havasu City, AZ - Posted: Wednesday, August 22, 2012 > Joseph Iannini, Jr. < > Dec. 17, 1949 - Aug. 15, 2012 < Joseph Iannini, Jr, Topock, Ariz. passed away on Aug. 15, 2012 at his home. He was born on Dec. 17, 1949 at Miami, Fla. to Joseph and Madeline (Carina) Iannini, Sr. After graduating from high school he attended college and in 1969 he joined the US Marine Corps. After discharge he then received a degree from Los Angeles Trade College. On July 3, 1971 Joseph married Irene Benavidez in Bellflower, Calif. He worked as a lithographic designer and printer until his health prevented him from working. He and Irene lived in Whittier, Calif. where they raised their family. In November 2011 they retired to Topock, Ariz. He is survived by his wife Irene of Topock; one son, Eric Iannini; one daughter, Jorene Iannini; two grandchildren, Jaylene and Elijah Iannini, all of Whittier, Calif. A private service with the Marine Corps League presenting honors will be held at Lake Havasu Mortuary Chapel, Friday, Aug. 24 at 1 p.m. Thoughts and condolences can be sent to the family directly or through www.lakehavasumortuary.com.
