West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Tuesday, August 28, 2012 Isabella V. Nelson, an infant, of Avondale died Aug. 22, 2012, in Sun City. Isabella was born Aug. 22, 2012. She is survived by her father, Jacob Nelson and her mother, Miya Nevarez. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, with a service at 11 a.m. at Avenidas Funeral Chapel, 522 E. Western Ave. in Avondale. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn, 2300 W. Van Buren St. in Phoenix.
