The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 09/04/2012 Guy M. West, 81, of Springerville died Aug. 28, 2012, in Casa Grande. He was born Sept. 10, 1930, in Laurel, Miss. Guy served his country as Sgt. USAF, Luke Airforce Base, was manager of Town of Springerville, route driver for Meads Bread Company, butcher for many years and surveillance officer for the Apache County Probation Department. He is survived by three children, nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ammon and Thelma West and wife Barbara Vista West. Services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, at the Community Presbyterian Church in Springerville.
