Mary A. (Coy) Beauchamp, 81, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., passed away on Sept. 3, 2012, after suffering a massive stroke on Aug. 24, 2012. She was born on Dec. 18, 1930, in Evansville, Ind., daughter of Frank H. Coy and Nellie F. Coy.

Mary is survived by her husband of 35 years, Ronal Beauchamp; daughters, Cynthia (Michael) Ureda and Margail Blank; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

Memorial services will be at noon Monday, Sept. 10, 2012, at The Villages at Lynx Creek, 12200 E. Highway 69 in Prescott Valley, Ariz. 

Contributions in Mary's name may be made to the Yavapai Humane Society, 1625 Sundog Ranch Road, Prescott, AZ 86301.
