She was born Aug. 12, 1976, in Elk Grove Village, Ill., and moved to Arizona in 2009. She was a wife, homemaker and caretaker of her retired father. She is survived by her husband, Robert; three daughters, Stephanie, Heather and Megan Stokes; one son, Daniel Stokes; her parents, Theodore Holub and Victoria Haiges; one sister, Julie Thorne; four brothers, Ryan Lavelle, Matthew Lavelle, William Sutton and Theodore Holub Jr.; and her grandparents, Marjorie Hustin and Theodore and Burma Holub.
