West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, September 07, 2012 Alan M. King, 33, of Phoenix and formerly of Avondale died Aug. 17, 2012, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix from a head trauma caused by a hit and run accident. Mr. King was born Oct. 26, 1978, in San Jose, Calif. He moved to Arizona in 1985. He attended Agua Fria High School in Avondale. He is survived by three daughters; two sons; his father, Richard, and step-mother, Joanne King of Avondale; his mother, Charlene King of Santa Cruz, Calif.; two sisters, Kassie Daugherty of Avondale and Victoria Van Hoost of Santa Cruz, Calif.; one brother, Casey King of Avondale; and one step-brother, Kulamanu Nazarro of Mesa. A remembrance memorial will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at 162 W. Ely Lane in Avondale. Memorials can be made at any Chase Bank under the account No. 433015547. Funeral arrangements were made by Avenidas Funeral Chapel.
