Rosslyn Ann Miller Monroe, 65, passed away on Sept. 6, 2012 in Lake Havasu City. She was born April 13, 1947 in Santa Monica, Calif. to Robert and Mary (Mancuso) Miller. Rosslyn graduated from Culver City High School in 1965. She married William N. Monroe Jr. and had two children, Lisa Monroe Molzahn and Jon-Michael Monroe.
In 2008 Rosslyn moved from Culver City, Calif. to Lake Havasu City to be near her daughter. Rosslyn was a compassionate and caring person. Her passions were reading books and watching her cooking shows. She was always trying new recipes that she watched on TV. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and watching them grow and loved hearing them laugh.
Rosslyn was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Mary Miller and grandson Sebastian Monroe. She is survived by daughter Lisa (David) Molzahn of Lake Havasu City; son Jon-Michael Monroe (Marina Sierra) of Lake Havasu City; grand-daughters Sara and Maya; grand-sons Gabriel and Robert; brothers Robert (Trudy) Miller of Santa Ana, Calif. and Stanley Miller of Lake Havasu City and sister Alma Miller Fisher of Lake Havasu City; nephew Anthony; nieces Katrina, Rochelle and Michelle. Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, Rosslyn will be deeply missed.
The family wishes to give their heartfelt thanks to New Hope Hospice of Havasu for their care and compassion.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
