Black’s Show Low Mortuary, Show Low, Arizona Michael Andrew Cook (June 27, 1972 - September 6, 2012) Michael Andrew Cook, 40, of Pinetop, AZ passed away suddenly on September 6,2012. He was born on June 27, 1972 in Indianapolis, IN. Michael received his education at Trevor Brown High School. He was a loving husband and father and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a cook at Red Devil Italian Restaurant in Pinetop. Michael is preceded in death by his Brother, Thomas Truitt. He leaves behind many family and friends to forever miss him, including; Wife – Sarah Lynn Means, Children – Elora Nicole Seidel (8) and Stryder Haiden – Thomas Means (2), Mother – Brigitte Schwarz and Sister – Susan Schwarz. A private Celebration of Life was held at Woodland Lake Park.
