Naomi Geneva Matthews, 94, passed away in Lake Havasu City, AZ. on Friday, September 07, 2012. She was born on February 16, 1918 in Parsons, Kansas to Robert and Bessie (Ware) Cooper. 

Naomi moved to Lake Havasu City in 2006, coming from Buena Park, CA. where she resided since 1948. She married her husband, Raymond E. Matthews in Kansas in 1939. She was a wonderful God loving person a great mother, who loved her church and her friends. She was naturally the best cook in the world and always had a smile on her face and a cute laugh all her own. She will be missed, but at 94 years old, it was time to go to heaven.

Naomi is survived by her son, Steve Matthews and a brother, Merle Cooper. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Matthews and her daughter, Donna Huson.
