James Ray Myrick III, 31, of Avondale died Sept. 11, 2012, in Avondale.

Mr. Myrick was born Oct. 24, 1980, in Montebello, Calif. He moved to Arizona in 1998. He worked in customer service.

He is survived by his mother, Ruth Salazar; and two sisters, Melissa Myrick and Sabrina Duckett.

Funeral services are to be announced.
