Funeral Service for Ruth Ann Jensen, 64, will be held Friday, Sept. 14, 2012 at Greer's Mortuary Chapel in Winslow, AZ, with interment to follow at Desert View Cemetery, Pastor Henry Chase officiating. 

Ruth was born Jan. 7, 1948 in Crownpoint, NM and entered into rest on Sept. 11, 2012 in Phoenix, AZ. 

She is survived by her husband, Robert Jensen of New Mexico, daughters, Rhonda Valenzuela of Phoenix, Robin John of New York a and son, Roderick Jensen of New York.
