SMITH, Donald William R.

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, January 8, 2006 Donald "William R." Smith, age 60, passed away on Monday, Dec. 26, 2005, at his home in Prescott, Ariz. Donald was born on Nov. 18, 1945, in Keokuk, Iowa, to Robeson E. and Frieda C. Smith. He was raised in Orinda, Calif., and graduated from Miramonte High School. Donald attended the University of California at Berkeley before joining the Army and served as a medic in Vietnam. He later became a naturopathic physician and opened the office of Prescott Naturopathic Medicine. Donald is survived by his daughter, Alberta; his mother, Frieda; and his brother, Kevin. Donald dedicated his life to serving others, and he will be greatly missed. Information provided by survivors.
