GATHRIGHT, Judy Mae

Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from September 17 to September 25, 2012 - Judy Mae Gathright, age 70, a 45-year resident of Bullhead City, passed away at home in Bullhead City, Ariz. Friday, September 7, 2012. She was born on December 25, 1941, in Ft. Benton, Montana. Judy raised three boys from infants when Bullhead City was basically open cattle range in Playa Del Rio Area. She helped her husband, Ed Gathright, with Del Rio Pest Control from the start. Judy then was lucky enough to be picked-up and trained as a surgical technologist from the hospitals infancy. She worked at Bullheads' only hospital for 27 years. Judy was loved by many in her community and will be missed by many more! Judy was preceded in death by her son, Dennis Gathright. Judy is survived by two sons, Andy Gathright and Rick Gathright; granddaughter, Melyssa Gathright; and three grandsons, Alex Gathright, Allan Gathright and Tyler Gathright.
