West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, September 21, 2012 Jesse N. Linares Jr., 72, of Avondale died Sept. 17, 2012. Mr. Linares was born Aug. 26, 1940, in Roswell, N.M., to Jesse Linares Sr. and Eudelia Navarrette Linares. He moved to Arizona in 1964. He was a carpet installer and a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Maria Linares; one daughter, Victoria Murillo; three sons, Anthony, Jesse III and David Linares; two sisters, Delia and Dorothy; seven brothers, Luis, Julian, Juan, Manuel, Lee Roy, Ramon and Ruben; 15 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. A service will be held at 6 p.m. followed by visitation at 7 p.m. Sept. 25 at Avenidas Funeral Chapel, 522 E. Western Ave., Avondale. A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Sept. 26 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 1418 S. 17th Ave., Phoenix. The Rev. Bud Pelletier will officiate.
