Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Friday, September 21, 2012 - Bill Clayton Morgan, 51 passed away July 13, 2012 in Lake Havasu City. He was born July 19, 1960, in Dallas, Texas. He moved to Lake Havasu City, in 2000. Bill had a knack for automobile sales and worked in the automobile industry for more than 20 years. He worked at Anderson for many years, tried motor home sales at Cowboys RV Dealership and eventually settled down with Bradley Ford. Bill is survived by his wife of 19 years, Cherith Morgan; his mother, Jean Morgan; his biological father, Larry Jackson and his three daughters, Megan Morris, Madison Morris and Briana Morgan. Bill met Cherith in Dallas, Texas, and they married in McKinney, Texas. He loved his family and friends, was a dedicated father and was the type of person to always help a friend out. Bill loved to cook, bowl, listen to music, watch sports, have deep conversations and spend time with loved ones. He was always cool, calm, collected and confident. He knew how to mediate and make people happy when they were upset; it was his best quality. A memorial service will be Sunday, at noon at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home in Lake Havasu City, Ariz. With the financial help of Larry Jackson, Ray Mueller, James and Michelle Dean, Richard and Carol Sparks, Petsmart, Havasu Regional Medical Center, Anderson Toyota, Bradley Ford and other family, friends and some anonymous donors, a memorial service was possible. The family is greatly appreciative of everyone’s contributions and we personally thank you all. Bill is now at rest with his step-father, Jerry Morgan. He is and always will be, deeply missed.
