Greer-Wilson Funeral Home Phoenix, Arizona Melissa Gayle Minick (October 8, 1979 ~ January 30, 2011) Melissa passed from this life the morning of January 30th in Phoenix, Arizona. Melissa was born in Cedar City, Utah, but has been in Arizona for the last 18 years. Melissa is survived by a son, Isaac Herrman and her parents, Craig Minick and Donna Minick. Her siblings are Kathlyn Minick, Jessica Wallace, and Michael Minick. She is also survived by her grandfathers, Delbert Minick and William Petty. She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Mary Petty and Inez Minick. Services at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day-Saints 301 W. Wigwam Blvd., Litchfield Park, AZ (on the SW corner of Wigwam and Litchfield), Thursday, February 3, 2011 with viewing at 9:30a.m., and services at 10:30 a.m. with interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery 10045 W. Thomas Rd., Avondale, AZ
