He was preceded in death by his father Ollis, mother Gertrude, brother Earl, sister Joyce and nephew Larry. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his son James(Charlotte), daughter Pamela(Leo), sister Janice, 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation 5:00-7:00 p.m., with serrvice at 7:00 p.m, Thursday, April 7, 2011 at Greer-Wilson Funeral Home 5921 W. Thomas Road, Phoenix with interment 9:00 a.m., Friday, April 8, 2011 at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, Arizona.
