The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, January 28, 2009 Frank L. Parson Jr., 91, of Prescott, Ariz., born May 9, 1917, in Clay, Ky., died Jan. 27, 2009, at Margaret T. Morris in Prescott, Ariz. A celebration of Frank's life to be announced at a later time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Frank's name to Margaret T. Morris, Adult Care Services, 878 Sunset Ave., Prescott, Ariz., 86305. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
