Jack Larr, Jr. 60, of Phoenix and formerly of Tolleson died Sept. 24, 2012. 

Mr. Larr was born April 15, 1952, in Cedar City, Utah, to Jack and Kerry Larr. 

He is survived by one sister, Alice Anna Hacking of Vernal, Utah. 

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Advantage Crystal Rose Chapel, 9155 W. Van Buren St. in Tolleson. 

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 10930 W. Garden Lakes Parkway in Avondale. 

Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 10045 W. Thomas Road in Avondale.
