Mrs. Rubye Nicholas, a former Prescott resident, died Monday, Dec. 9 at Bataan Memorial Hospital in Albuquerque, N.M.
 
She resided most of her life in Prescott and the Verde Valley.
 
While living here, she was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church, serving in the Altar Guild and Evening Auxiliary, the Monday Club and Gray Ladies.
 
Survivors include: two daughters Mrs. James H. (Helen) Carpenter of Albuquerque, N.M. and Mrs. Claude M. (Lois) Blount of Prescott; three grandsons; one great-grandson; two sisters Mrs. Anna Miller of Ore., Mrs. Theresa Sloper of Cottonwood; a brother, R.J. Williams of Chino Valley.
 
Memorial services will be held at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Albuquerque at 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec.12.
 
The family suggests donations to a favorite charity.
