Marilyn Ruth Dove was born July 20, 1933. She passed away peacefully at her home in Prescott, Ariz., on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, after a long illness.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Wendell and Ethlyn Dove. She is survived by her sister-in-law and dear friend, Gena Bonacci.
Marilyn graduated from Rutgers University in New Jersey with a bachelor's degree in nursing. She was a pediatric nurse at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. The family acknowledges gratitude for Good Samaritan Society Prescott Hospice, Dr. Sam Downing, Wendy Michaels, Karen Rader and the entire team, including the Marley House for wonderful care and support.
There will be a Celebration of Life service at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, followed by brunch at the Center for Spiritual Living Prescott. All who knew Marilyn are welcome to attend.
