TRACY, Phay V.

Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, June 18, 1975 Phay V. Tracy, Prescott Valley Services for Phay V. Tracy, 65, will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Memory Chapel cremation will follow. Mr. Tracy, who died Monday in Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, had lived in the Prescott area for three years. He was a member of the El Zaribah Shrine in Phoenix and the Yavapai Shrine in Prescott. Survivors include his wife, Mildred and a brother.
