Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ Posted: Sunday, September 30, 2012 Richard Brush June 30, 1940 – Sept. 23, 2012 Richard Brush died at the age of 72 on Sunday, Sept. 23. He was born in Chicago, Ill., resided in Rhode Island where he worked for the Providence Gas Company before retiring to Lake Havasu City in 1996. He leaves behind his wife, Maria Brush; daughters, Tammy Forlingeri and Donna Robert, both of Rhode Island; son Wally Bubar of California; eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, one sister Joyce Vezain of Illinois and one brother Bob Brush of Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ronald Brush
