Sandra D. Smith, age 67, a 20-year resident of Bullhead City, died at home under hospice care on Friday, September 21, 2012. Sandra was born January 10, 1945, in San Bernardino, Calif.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Jerry Smith; two sons, Jerry Jr. (Angel) and David (Judy); daughter, Debbie (Dave) Kistner; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, with three on the way; and two dogs Keno and Buddy.
