Kathryn Ann Carter was born in Pennsylvania on August 10, 1943 to John and Becky Dhayer. She was number 5 of 9 children.
She is preceeded in death by her parents, her sister Faith Bradley, brother Jeff Dhayer and brother Dave Dhayer.
She is survived by older sister Nancy Burd of PA, Jack Dhayer of FL, Fred Dhayer of PA/FL, Rose Anderson of AZ, Rob Dhayer of PA.
Kathryn was mother to 3 children. Wendy Pate of AZ, Kevin Wade of AZ and Toby Wade of AZ. Kathryn was grandmother to 4, Jenny McDaniels, Nathan Pate, Kara Wade and CJ Wade. Kathryn was great-grandmother to 2 Seth McDaniels and Montogomery Pate.
Kathryn had many jobs during her life. She was a wife and homemaker for many years, she worked in manufacturing/assembly, she was a field rep for Subway Sandwich Development Co. in Fresno, CA for many, many years. Her last occupation was as a unit secretary at Thunderbird Hospital in Phoenix, AZ.
She was loved by her family and many others. She will be so missed in this life, but we know that she has a new home and a new healthy, body in Heaven and no longer has to suffer with illness!

Kathryn Ann Carter went home to be with Jesus on Oct. 1 after a long battle with heart and lung disease.
Kathryn Ann Carter was born in Pennsylvania Aug. 10, 1943 to John and Becky Dhayer. She was number five of nine children.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Faith Bradley, brother Jeff Dhayer and brother Dave Dhayer. She is survived by older sister Nancy Burd of Pennsylvania, Jack Dhayer of Florida, Fred Dhayer of Pennsylvania and Florida, Rose Anderson of Arizona, and Rob Dhayer of Pennsylvania.
Kathryn was mother to three children - Wendy Pate, Kevin Wade and Toby Wade, all of Arizona. Kathryn was grandmother to four - Jenny McDaniels, Nathan Pate, Kara Wade and CJ Wade. Kathryn was great-grandmother to two - Seth McDaniels and Montgomery Pate.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Oct. 20 at 10 a.m. at Mt Hope Assembly of God, 550 Penn Lane in Wickenburg where Kathryn was a member. Services will be officiated by Pastor Duane Middleton.
