TARSON, Alfred David (Al)

Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from October 9 to October 16, 2012 - Alfred David "Al" Tarson, age 82, of Bullhead City, formerly of The Villages, Fla., and Summerfield, Fla., passed away quietly with his wife, Arline Tabler-Tarson, by his side on Monday, September 24, 2012, in Las Vegas, Nev. He was born on June 1, 1930, in Brooklyn, New York. Al served five years in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was an avid golfer and belonged to the OF Golf Club in The Villages, Florida. He was preceded in death by his father, David Tarson; mother, Serafina Antkiewicz Tarson; and sister, Irene Leone. Al is survived by his wife of 11-1/2 years, Arline; his five children, Sandra Thornton, David Tarson, Jeffrey Tarson, Todd Tarson, and Terri Hernandez; three stepchildren, Steven Tabler, Christina Vanzandt and Janice Tabler; and many friends in Reno, Nev., Florida and Arizona. Abiding his wishes, there are no memorial services planned.
