MCCORMICK, Dale Frederick

Arizona Republic (Phoenix, AZ) Friday, August 31, 2012 Dale Frederick McCormick of Wickenburg, Arizona passed away recently at his home. Dale, 81, was born in Wichita, Kansas to David Frank and Mary Elizabeth McCormick. He started working for Arizona Public Service in 1953 becoming a computer programmer and helping to develop the original systems during the 1960's. He retired in 1988. An Air Force veteran, Dale will be interred at the National Cemetery in Cave Creek, AZ, next to his wife of 50 years, Ada, who passed away in 2003. He is survived by Dale Frederick MCormick Jr of Minneapolis, MN, Romi Suzanne Simons of San Diego, CA, and Jeffrey Scott McCormick of Show Low, AZ, as well as three grandchildren. Services at Shepherd of the Hills United Methodist Church of Sun City West, Saturday, September 1, at 10am.
