Parker Pioneer, Parker, AZ - Published on October 17. 2012 - Mary Powell Williams, 88, of St. Albans, West Virginia, formerly of Parker, passed away Sept. 25, 2012 at Angel Avenue Assisted Living Residence in Hurricane, West Virginia. Mary was born Sept. 16, 1924 in Fort Worth, Texas, and was a daughter of the late William Leland and Charlotte Louisa Stewart Powell. In addition to her parents, her husband Roy Cecil Williams preceded her in death. Her daughter, Joyce Woods of St. Albans, WV; her son, Roy Lee Williams and his husband Matt St. George of Los Angeles; her grandchildren, Rachel and Paul Gutekunst, of Hurricane, WV, and Walter Woods and his wife Linda of British Columbia, Canada, and their children, Matthew Woods, Ashley Woods, and Emily Woods survive Mary.
