Our dear friend, Richard (Dick) Miller, formerly of Prescott, Ariz., passed away in Phoenix on Oct. 13, 2012, after a very long illness. Had he lived to Oct. 18, he would have been 65. 

Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at the National Cemetery in Prescott. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dick's memory to the Leukemia Foundation. 

Heritage Memory Mortuary is handling the service.
