Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Friday, October 19, 2012 - Frances Hines died on Oct. 14, 2012 at the age of 71. Born to Estanislado and Susan Najar on Oct. 22, 1940. She was married 54 years to husband, Burl Hines and worked for the California School District for 22 years before she and Burl retired and spent the next six years traveling in their motor home before settling in Lake Havasu City. Frances is survived by her husband, Burl Hines; children, Robert Hines, Jeanna Hines and Rosie Thomas; seven grandchildren, Kristina Butler, Staci Hines, Ashley Roberts, Lauren Thomas, Sean Hines, Brian Hines and Scott Thomas; three great-grandchildren Isabella Jacobs, Mason Hutter and Hayden Meyer; one brother Pete Najar and two sisters, Stella Ochoa and Bennie Benavides. She was preceded in death by her parents and eleven brothers and sisters. Family and friends gathered together to honor and remember her.
