Diana Lowers, 61, Lake Havasu City, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012 at home surrounded by family.
Diana Kay Padden was born on Dec. 14, 1950 at Detroit, Mich. to Robert and Catherine (Warfeld) Padden. She grew up there and after graduating from high school she participated in the Thespian Society, enjoying theatre. Diana lived in Baldwin Park, Calif. for 30 years. She worked different jobs and was known for her multi-tasking. She retired to Lake Havasu City in 2004. She was active within the community and her church, including the Salvation Army and the Christian radio station KNLB.
Diana survived lung cancer, only for it to return a second time. She was a strong woman and fought with everything she had. She will be missed by family and friends and was very well loved by a lot of people. Diana was a wonderful mother, sister, aunt, friend and wife.
She is survived by her daughter, Catherine (Jamie) Gomez, Dinuba, Calif.; one sister and five brothers; six wonderful grandchildren and lots of nieces and nephews.
Diana was preceded in death by her parents and husband Victor Lowers.
