Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on October 21, 2012 - Julie Wiggin, 77, passed away Oct. 16, 2012. Julie moved to Kingman with husband Herb Wiggin in 1991. She was active in the Kingman Chamber of Commerce, Kingman Relay for Life and a local book club. Julie enjoyed the outdoors, which included many years of backpacking with her family. She was a wonderful and beautiful person who loved and was loved. She celebrated life and everything it had to offer. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Herb Wiggin; daughters Debbie (Donald) Veale, Pam Hoots and Cheri Smith; her brother, David Jolliff; and grandchildren Joshua Veale, Nathan Veale, Joy Prichard and Andrew Smith. She is also survived by her extended family of nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, at Sutton Memorial with a reception at her home, 3993 Lindsey Ave. All friends of Julie or the family are welcome to celebrate her life.
