West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, October 19, 2012 Efren Martinez, 18, of Goodyear died Oct. 15, 2012, in Minnesota. Mr. Martinez was born March 22, 1994, in Phoenix to Efren and Petra Martinez. He is survived by his parents, Efren and Petra; and two sisters, Claudia Guzman and Tanya Martinez. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 22, with a rosary recital at 6 p.m. at Advantage Crystal Rose Chapel, 9155 W. Van Buren St. in Tolleson. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Oct. 23 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 539 E. La Pasada Boulevard in Goodyear. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 10045 W.
