The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Tuesday, October 23, 2012 Francis David Shake, 89, of Prescott, Ariz., and formerly of Laramie, Wyo., died Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012, in Sun City, Ariz. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Dee Shake; daughter Debbie Johnson of Phoenix; son David Shake of Fort Collins, Colo.; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, LeeAnne Hundt of Plymouth, Ind. Francis was a World War II Navy veteran, retiring in 1983 after 30 years of service. He was born and lived in Wyoming for 65 years, moving to Arizona in 1987. He loved working on his old cars and showing them off at area car shows.
