He is survived by his parents, Phillip and Linda Smith; sister, Trinity Eleana Smith; brother, Gabriel Felix Smith; grandparents, Dan & Bambi Johnson; uncle, Matthew Felix Smith; cousin, Aiden Jay Smith and several relatives from Flagstaff and Phoenix. A visitation will be Friday, October 26 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Lozano’s Flagstaff Mortuary, 2545 N. Fourth St. Funeral service for “P.J.” will be on Saturday, October 27, 2012 with holy Rosary being recited at 1:00 p.m. followed by funeral mass at 1:30 p.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Chapel, 16 W.
