West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, October 26, 2012 Ramsey Moreno, 57, of Buckeye died Oct. 21, 2012, in Buckeye. Mr. Moreno was born Jan. 12, 1955, in Phoenix. He was a member of the Rainbow Valley Christian Center. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Moreno. He is survived by two sons, Eric Moreno and Elwood Jimi Moreno; and two sisters, Janice Thomas of Phoenix and Teresa Hernandez of Phoenix. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. today at New Jerusalem Outreach Ministries, 508 Clanton Ave. in Buckeye.
