The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Wednesday, October 26, 2012 James Anthony Rice, 57, of Spring Valley, Ariz., departed this life Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, at the Prescott VA. He was born on Feb. 27, 1955, in El Paso, Texas, to Max and Charlotte Rice. James was preceded in death by his first wife, Soledad Rice. He is survived by his wife Cathy Rice; daughter Jennifer Cooper; six stepchildren; several grandchildren; and four siblings. Services with military honors will be 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 29, 2012, at Prescott National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Heritage Memory Mortuary. Information provided by survivors.
