Casey, age 76, an 11-year resident of Laughlin, died Sunday, October 21, 2012, in Laughlin, Nev. Kathryn was born June 12, 1936, in Des Arc, Ark. She was a retired CNA, and volunteered at the Senior Center in Lucerne, Calif. She liked playing Bingo and Keno. Kathryn was preceded in death by her son, Keith Byrne. Kathryn is survived by her husband, William Casey of Laughlin, Nev.; five daughters, Patti Young and Kelly Horst of Laughlin, Nev., Judy (Charlie) Jensen and Shelley (Damon) Halloway of Calif., and Stacie (Mark) Fiechtl of Idaho; four sons, Ken (Jan) Byrne of Canada, Kevin (Betty) Byrne of Ariz., Allen (Kim) Byrne of Idaho, and Tim (Tammy ) Casey of Calif.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. No services are scheduled.
