Robert Eugene Cregg, 34, Salem, Ore., died Wednesday in a local hospital.
He was born in Seattle on Oct. 9, 1937 and was a resident of Washington until 1950 when he moved to Rainier, Ore. He was in Nevada for the past week visiting relatives.
He worked as a carpenter in the building trade in Rainier and then in Salem, where he also attended Chemekata Community College.
Mr. Cregg was a veteran of the Korean War, was a vice-president of the Veterans Club, and was active in the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce L., of Kingman, Ariz.; daughters, Deanna L. Cregg, of Kingman and Sherri Floyd of Portland, Ore.; a son, Robert E. Floyd of Kingman; his mother, Bonnie Iszler, of Ranier; a grandmother, Otilla Reynolds, of Longview, Wash.; and a step-brother, Larry Iszler, of Longview.
Services and interment will be in Prescott, Ariz. Ross - Burke and Knobel Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
