Bunker Family Funeral & Cremation, Mesa, Arizona Daniel James Bush November 28, 1989 ~ October 30, 2012 Daniel Bush, Our Beloved “Danny”, 22, of Chandler left us on Oct 30th 2012. Danny was born on November 28, 1989 in Mesa Az. He was taken from us in a tragic accident. Danny’s life ended much too soon and he will be missed beyond what words can define. Danny grew up in Arizona with a love of the outdoors, fishing hunting and riding bikes. Danny attended Dobson High School. Danny joined the Army in 2009 and served with the 10th Mountain Division, MOS 11-B. Injured on base in early 2010 he suffered a spinal cord injury that lead him on a year-long journey to walking and functioning. Thru that experience Danny was always upbeat with smiles for all of those around him. He was known for his humor and kindness to others. He is survived by his parents Donna and Mike of Chandler AZ, his brother Matthew and wife Maureen and his nephew Declan, his grandparents Carolyn and Ed Bush of Los Alamos NM, his Uncle David Piper and wife Heidi and three cousins Ariel, Aaron and Andy of Colorado Springs, Co. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Toni and Harry Piper of Litchfield Park, AZ. Memorial services will be Saturday November 10, 10 AM at Bunker’s Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa AZ 85201. In Lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to: “Homes for Our Troops”, www.homesforourtroops.org.
