CUSACK, Daniel Edmund

Treasure Coast Palm (Stuart FL) Thursday, September 20, 2012 Daniel Edmund Cusack, 73, died Sept 18, 2012, at Martin Memorial Medical Center in Stuart. He was born in Chicago, and lived in Stuart for 20 years, coming from Jupiter and Chicago. Before retirement, he was the director of environmental services at Jupiter Medical Center for 30 years. After retirement, he served as a crossing guard for the Martin County Sheriff's Department. He attended St Andrew's Catholic Church, Stuart. He was a veteran of the Navy. Survivors include his ex-wife, Constance Cusack of Wickenburg, Ariz; daughters, Teri Cusack of Stuart, Cindy Toyne of Washington, Ill, Debbie Kummerman of Diamond Bar, Calif. and Katie Cusack of East Peoria, Ill.; sisters, Theo Soffe of Stuart and June Hayden of Addison, Ill.; and six grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to Florida Sheriff's Youth Ranch, PO Box 2000, Boys Ranch, FL 32064. Services: A memorial service will be at 6pm Sept 21 at Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home, Stuart.
