Griffith Mortuary, Kearny, Arizona Saturday November 10, 2012 Lillian LaDena Amos January 20, 1928 - November 8, 2012 Dena changed her address when she went to be with the two major loves of her life, her loving husband and her wonderful Savior, on Thursday, November 8, 2012. She was born on January 20, 1928 to Jennings Haskell and Bettie Ina Underwood, she was the oldest of 3. In college at Oklahoma Baptist University, she met and married Leonard L. Amos. Together they raised 5 children. Her parents, husband, brother JB, sister Ella, and 2 great-grandchildren Michael and Derek preceded her in death. She is survived by 5 children: Saundra McDaniel (Doug), Ohio, James (Linda), Carlsbad, NM, Betsy Gillaspy (Thomas), Phoenix, AZ, Carol Amos, Roswell, NM, and Melinda Shell (Ken), Kearny, AZ; 13 and counting grandchildren, and lots of Wonderful great-grandchildren. Interment will be along side of her husband Leonard L. Amos at the Kearny Memorial Cemetery in Kearny, Arizona.
