Mrs. Williams was born June 14, 1936, in Bowling Green, Ky., to Elvis and Louise Whitaker. She moved to Arizona in 1999 and was a homemaker. She is survived by two daughters, Darlene Cail and Brittany Garbrough; one son, Ron Mason; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
