Frances “Baby” Goodman passed away in her home on Nov. 3, 2012 at the age of 74. She was born in Parker, Ariz. and a member of the Chemehuevi Indian Tribe. She was raised in Parker and moved to Banning, Calif. in 1968. She was a homemaker for many years and worked for Deutsch from 1997-2005. Frances was a very loving person and enjoyed being a grandmother.
She was survived by her daughter Cindy Tortes, of Banning, Calif.; her sister, Junie Goodman and brothers, Wendall Goodman Jr., Dennis Goodman and Teddy Goodman all of Parker, Ariz. She was also survived by her two grandchildren, Frankie Espinoza Jr. and Gina Espinoza both of Beaumont, Calif. Frances also had five great grandchildren, Frankie Espinoza III, Aline Espinoza, Nyla Espinoza, Rayah Dominguez and Levi Espinoza all of Beaumont, Calif. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rachel Burns; mother, Frances Tapia Goodman; father, Wendall Goodman Sr.; brother, Benny Goodman and sisters, Mary Lisa Goodman Swick and Christine Walker.
Services will be Saturday, Nov. 17, in Parker, Ariz. at the Lily of the Valley Church. Viewing will be from 9-10 a.m. with the service at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Parker Town Cemetery.
