Gregory Lee Shepard, 53, of Buckeye died Jan. 21, 2008, in his home after an extended illness.

Mr. Shepard was born Aug. 20, 1954, in Phoenix to Kathryn and Elmer Shepard. He was raised in Buckeye and attended Buckeye schools. Mr. Shepard attended the University of Arizona and was a pharmacist. 

Mr. Shepard is survived by his wife, Mary; his son, Spencer; his mother, Kathryn; and three brothers, James, Marvin and Stephen.

Services are at 9 a.m. today at the Buckeye Funeral Home. Interment was in the Louis B. Hazelton Cemetery.
