Rick Redwanski, 14, passed away Feb. 4, 2006 at Phoenix Children's Hospital.   Rick was born in Prescott Valley, Ariz. (at home) on June 29, 1991. 

He is survived by his mom, Mickey; dad, Kraig; big brother, John; and
Grandma, Arlene.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12 at York Motors.
