The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Tuesday, November 20, 2012 Shirley June "Jackie" Smith of Paulden, Ariz., passed away Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012. She was a member of Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, Northern Arizona Genealogical Society and a member of the LDS Church. She was sealed in the Mesa Temple in 2009. Shirley is survived by her daughter Vickie Lee Robertson of Paulden Ariz.; two sons Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Jensen of Preston, Idaho and Guy Jensen of Oakland, Ark.; her sister Valene Woolridge of Prescott Valley, Ariz. and her husband Robert Woolridge; one brother Mr. and Mrs. Max Berry of Eureka, Utah; 12 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Chino Valley Funeral Home assisted the family. Information provided by survivors.
