Mohave County Miner, Kingman, Arizona December 2, 1921 MINER CRUSHED TO DEATH IN THE UNITED EASTERN A. N. Lewis was to death last Tuesday night by a cave in a slope on the 800 level of the United Eastern Lewis and had been at work in the mine a considerable time. His back was broken by the slide of ore and death was almost instantaneous. He was aged about 57 years and had been in the district several years working in the various mines. Funeral will take place at Oatman Sunday December 4 under the auspices of the Moose lodge of that place. We have not learned if deceased leaves family or other relatives.
