Mohave County Miner, Kingman, Arizona July 12, 1951 JEFF BLAND-Rosary was recited for Jeff Bland in the Clinkenbeard-Van Marter Memorial Chapel at 8:00 p.m. last Monday, July 9, and Mass was held in St. Mary's Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. the following morning with Father John Degnan officiating. Interment followed at the Mountain View Cemetery. Bland, a retired Mohave county rancher, passed away last Saturday, July 7, in Kingman. Born in California on February 17, 1885, he was 66 years old at the time of his death. He had spent 56 years in this county and owned a ranch on Big Sandy for the past 50 years. Surviving him are two sons, Jeff and Alvin Bland, both of Kingman; three daughters, Mrs. Ferm Meek and Mrs. Sarah Lambert, both of Oregon, and Mrs. Faye Bell, of Oklahoma; a sister, Mrs. Chloe Winstead of Kingman, and 18 grandchildren."
