MURPHY, Evelyn

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, October 16, 2005 Evelyn R. Murphy Evelyn R. Murphy, of Skull Valley, died Oct. 12, 2005, at YRMC. She was born Feb. 25, 1927, in Ruidoso, N.M., the daughter of Jack and Ira (Browning) Casey. Evelyn was 78 years old. Evelyn lived on numerous ranches over Yavapai County. She loved all animals and adored her children and grandchildren. Evelyn is survived by her husband, Robert, they were married Dec. 10, 1955; her son, Jeff of Dewey; daughter, Staci of Glendale; her sister, Robbie Zimmerman "Zim" of Washington; brother-in-law, Bill Murphy of Skull Valley; and sister-in-law, Lil Nard of Chino Valley. Cremation was private at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley and private family services were held. The family was assisted by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home.
